Shout out to Molly Bellew

This is a shout out to my good friend Christine and her soon to be precious little girl, Molly. She is due on April 2nd and is already fooling us all. She sent her mommy to the hospital today with contractions and a little dilation. She is laughing now with an early prank. :) We can't wait to see you Sweet Molly!!!!

Snowfall......Again

Well it is March 31, 2009 and we are, yet again, getting another snowfall. This is some crazy weather. I want it to get warmer!!!! This town looks abandoned when the temp is lower than 30 degrees and looks oddly crowded on the sidewalks when it hits 50 degrees. I am just glad to know that people other than Federated do exist here. We are still having fun and getting to know this sweet little town. (Just a little cold though)

Skiing at Welch Village Resort

We went to Welch Village Ski Resort in Welch, Minnesota on Saturday(3-14-09). When we got there we put the kids into a 2 hour ski school and Shea and I went to our own 1 hour ski school. I don't think we would have survived without it. Here are some pictures and a video of clips put together of our day!

After ski school, we were all on our own. So we headed up the mountain.

For the rest of the day we were up and down!!

-26!!! What!!!

Yeah!!! The wind chill today is -26. It hurts and it is no fun.

ICICLES

We have ginormous icicles hanging in front of our house. I can't believe how long they are!!! Don't walk underneath one of those things....you might not come out alive :)....

More SNOW!!!!

We had another snow fall last Thursday 2/26/09. We got 8-9 inches of snow that day all in about 3 hours. Definitely a blizzard for us! The neatest thing was that this was Thunder Snow. So it was snowing, lightning and thundering all at the same time.

I had to go and pick Lexi up from school because they called a snow day. Here is what it looked like driving down the street.
